adequate but flawed
delayed check-in unpleasant shower
the room offered ample space for luggage it was a convenient feature.
the check-in process occurred within the adjacent restaurant service there seemed secondary to the restaurant patrons i waited extended periods as staff prioritized seating walk-in diners before completing my check-in paperwork this caused a significant delay. also i observed a lack of attention to detail regarding cleanliness as the shower trap contained debris it was unpleasant. the overall welcome could have been warmer too.

The suites are located above a banquet restaurant.. i found this very convenient. my room had a desk plus tea and coffee facilities. there was even a clothes steamer available for use, which i thought was a nice touch. the bathroom was well stocked. I appreciated the provided soaps and large bath sheets.
i noticed the shower trap was not perfectly clean, so there is slight room for improvement there.

huge room opening window ample parking cheap furniture dirty toilet cleaning issue
The room was huge and there was plenty of space for luggage. It was great. i appreciated having an opening window. there was plenty of parking, so that was another plus.
The room and bathroom looked cleaned. it was somewhat cheaply furnished. the toilet had not been cleaned. Someone had clearly used it. that was not the best start.

The room felt cheaply furnished. the toilet wasn't cleaned. That was disgusting. i also felt unwelcome upon arrival. the woman dealing with us was on the phone arguing. She seemed unprofessional and unhelpful.

the room was quite large and clean. the service was excellent , particularly amy who was friendly and helpful. the on-site restaurant was also very good with a diverse menu.
